Properties

●  Better ability of anti-cratering.
●  Fast leveling speed.
●  Good long-wave leveling. Prevent orange peel phenomenon.
●  Compatibility needs to be evaluated when used in varnishes.
●  Excellent anti-shrinkage effect in common UV primer, without re-coat problem. It is not suitable for  UV vacuum electroplating primer, it will affect re-coating.

 

Incorporation

Could be added at any stage of the production process, including post addition.

Addition to total formulation    0.2-0.8%

 

Storage stability

Keep intact 24 months in original package.Products beyond the storage period may continue to be used after inspection. The container must be closed immediately after use.
